It was packed only in plastic and 2 bags, the plastic part got bent during transportation, it doesn't affect functionality but visually it's not nice. In general, the carrier is of good quality and can support a cat up to 6kg. It arrived very quickly in 2 weeks.

I bought this for my wife so she could safely take her chickens out when walking the dog. My wife and her chickens loves it. Although, i hate it because she now gives her chickens more rides on her back than she gives me ;) lol
